Spin To Win

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase necessary to enter. An eligible entrant may enter the "Spin to WinÓ Contest (the "ContestÓ) without purchase by mailing his/her name, address, telephone number to Pizza Pizza Royalty Limited Partnership (the "Contest SponsorÓ) at: Pizza 73, 1700, 10303 Jasper Ave., Edmonton, AB, T5J 3N6 Attn: Pizza 73 Spin to Win. A Pizza 73 representative will "Spin to WinÓ on the entrant's behalf, and if the entrant is selected to win a prize, will mail the entrant a description of the prize, the winning code associated with the prize and instructions on how to claim the prize. There is a limit of one mail in entry per week, per person, during the Contest.

Pizza 73 customers will have the opportunity to Spin to Win online by placing an online order at www.pizza73.com and using a flash widget that will be presented on-screen after the checkout is completed. If the customer completes an online order, but then quickly closes their browser or navigates away from the contest page, the customer will no longer be able to spin the wheel online and will have to rely on the no purchase method of entry described above.

Once an entrant spins the wheel he/she will be instantly notified of whether he/she has been selected to win a prize, if a prize is won it will be immediately identified. Selected winners of the cash and gift cards will receive an on-screen instruction to print or otherwise retain the winning code and contact Pizza 73 with the winning code. These instructions will also be emailed if the entrant has provided his/her email address with their Pizza 73 online profile If an entrant is selected to receive a consolation prize, the consolation coupon code will appear on the screen with an instruction that the winning entrant should print out or otherwise retain the coupon code. If an email address is included in the consolation prize winning entrant's Pizza 73 profile, the coupon code will also be emailed to the entrant. If an email address is not provided, and the entrant does not note the consolation code, Pizza 73 will not be able to provide a further copy or confirmation of the consolation code.

Before beginning play, entrants will be presented with the rules and regulations of the game and must accept the rules and regulations in order to proceed. If the entrant does not accept the rules and regulations, he/she will be returned to the Pizza 73 main web page.

CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest runs from 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 2010 until 11:59 p.m. on July 18, 2010 (the "Contest PeriodÓ). All times refer to Mountain Standard Time (MST).

Consolation prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of the consolation prize win and may only be used with an online purchase, and may not be used for Pizza 73 restaurants walk-in or telephone orders. Limit of one prize redemption per order per day.

It is possible that not all prizes will be won over the Contest Period. The number of prizes actually awarded could be impacted by the number of entries received.

All entries that receive free delivery, pop, dip and small 12 piece wedgies can only be redeemed by providing the coupon code in connection with a subsequent online purchase] at Pizza73.com within 30 days of being issued the coupon. All prizes will be provided either online or by mail. Cash prizes may be awarded by cheque.

Before being declared a winner of cash or a gift card, the selected entrant must sign a declaration of compliance with the Contest rules (the "Declaration of ComplianceÓ) and a release of liability, releasing the Contest Sponsor, its respective advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies, suppliers, distributors, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability, including loss or damage, directly or indirectly related, in whole or in part, to the Contest, or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize awarded in the Contest (the "Release of LiabilityÓ). The Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability must be returned on or before the date and in the manner indicated on the aforementioned documents or the prize may be forfeited.

Prior to being declared a winner of cash or a gift card or being awarded any consolation prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical, time-limited, skill-testing question, without any assistance (mechanical or otherwise) (the "Skill Testing QuestionÓ). The Skill Testing Question will be administered at a pre-arranged time for winners of cash or a gift card and will be administered prior to being provided the coupon code for selected recipients of consolation prizes.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. The Contest is open to all Alberta, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Prince George, British Columbia residents who are 18 years of age or older, except employees (and any person domiciled at such employees' address) of Pizza 73 and its partners, and their respective affiliates, agents, suppliers, dealers, franchisees and distributors, and Contest judges.
  2. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and no prize substitutions of cash or otherwise or transfer of the prize may be made, except that Contest Sponsor reserves the right to make prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value in the event of unavailability of the advertised prize for whatever reason.
  3. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, distribution or production errors, failure to record purchases for automatic entry in the Contest, failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, servers, access providers, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or recipient, or for any late, lost or misdirected entry forms or winner notifications. The Contest Sponsor may terminate or withdraw or amend this Contest at any time without notice for any reason, without liability, at its sole discretion. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
  4. None of the Contest Sponsor or its respective affiliates, parent companies, partners, agents, suppliers, dealers, distributors, officers, directors, franchisees or employees shall be responsible in any way, or assume any liability whatsoever in any way, related to this Contest, including use of the website or the use of the prizes awarded.
  5. By redeeming a prize in the Contest, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, statements, voice and city of residence by the Contest Sponsor for any and all publicity purposes, commercials or otherwise, related to this Contest in all media without further compensation.
  6. By claiming a prize in the Contest, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and its respective parent companies, partners, affiliates, agents, suppliers, dealers, distributors, officers, directors, franchisees, employees, successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators including advertising, public relations and promotions agencies, from any and all liability, including loss or damage due in whole or in part by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Contest.
  7. Entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the Pizza 73 profile used at the time of entry. "Authorized account holderÓ is defined as the natural person who has been assigned a Pizza 73 profile.
  8. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
  9. By redeeming a prize in the Contest, the winner acknowledges having read these rules and regulations and agrees to be bound by them and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all entrants.
